问题：对于胰岛素类药物的III期临床试验，参考FDA和欧盟批准上市的宠物胰岛素类药物资料，III临床试验周期为六个月，前两个月试验用于评价药效，后四个月试验用于进一步评价药效和安全性。试验周期长，病例脱落率较高。如果仿制国外已上市销售的兽用胰岛素类产品，能否按照临床验证的思路缩短III期临床试验周期？如只开展两个月试验验证药效？

解答：如果申报产品的处方与国外产品的一致，可以先提供两个月的试验数据用于申报，评审期间再补充后四个月的数据。
